I love all animals especially dogs of which we have two rescues, Marco and Phoebe. When not working I love spending time with my two children and husband Jason who helps me run the business.
I am City and Guilds qualified with level 2 &3 in dog grooming. After a career change, I have been professionally dog grooming for a number of years following my passion for working with dogs. I understand that our dogs are part of our family. I dote on my dog Millie and she may even greet you with a woof and waggy tail as our team receptionist.
Hi, I'm Carla and I have been professionally dog grooming for over 10 years now, I really love dogs and love what I do, I always wanted to work with animals from a young age and thought about becoming a vet but found my passion in dog grooming. I have a 9-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Saffy and a 2 year old son called Eddie and they love each other to bits!
I have been grooming dogs for over 8 years and I have a degree in Animal science, behaviour and nutrition. Although I do not have a dog of my own yet, I treat all dogs at Poochies as my own. My favourite dog to groom is a miniature schnauzer. 🐶🐾
